As the longest serving anchor in WTNH history, people probably assumed they knew all about Ann Nyberg. But as an experienced journalist, she remains as profound and dynamic as she is at 6 and 10 PM every night, when she released her book, “Slice of Life.”
In her book, she covers memoirs from her personal diary, a trait she took from her parents. “They were the greatest generation,” she explains. “They built America.” Ann was able to withstand constant uprooting due to her father’s involvement in the Air Force and learned what it means to cherish the small moments in life. These moments include being nestled into a booth at a diner or making dandelion necklaces with a cousin and sister who years later would battle breast cancer.
