Connecticut-made tutus are now in the shop for little girls. The beautiful little one modeling them is Maria and they are made by her Mom, Elaine Koutsitzis from Trumbull. Elaine is beautiful inside and out and has started up her business at home as she has three other little ones. Up close these outfits are stunning and they come with a matching hair ornament.
