So, hurricane Sandy blew through and made herself known. Flooding and power outages, good thing that we all evacuated, but now we’re back up and running, merchandise moved back in and rearranged for your perusing again. Since the storm, lots of things were changed in my shop as well as all the others, so it looks like a whole new place, that’s the glass half-full kind of thinking, It’s now decked out for the holidays, beautiful fragrant candles are all around and a coffee machine is up for you too as you shop. If you stop by this Thursday evening on the 15th, we’ll have wine and cheese out for you and it’s a fundraiser for the Red Cross as so many are hurting following the hurricane and the subsequent winter storm.
