The move is completed and things are rolling again inside Annie Mame, a bit different look from the first go round in Westbrook, but still new and vintage items, many of which are made by Connecticut folks. Annie Mame is among other vendors inside Domestic Possessions in Madison which started out in 2009 as being pretty much consignment, now it has morphed into a wonderful place with all kinds of things new and repurposed. There are artists there and entrepreneurs and you name it, mostly women, coming together to create a new space. Dana Fordyce owns the place and it is managed by Deanna Blake, the dynamic duo is a force to be reckoned with. There are so many treasures inside, it will take you a while to get through all the nooks and crannies. This is not run-of-the-mill, the name of the game here is unique which is why I find it so glorious, and things are affordable and that’s key. Come on out and visit and watch all these small business owners grow.
