Allison Sloane in Centerbrook, Connecticut has a business that is quite literally for the birds.
Her business, Ashleigh’s Garden in business more than 20 years, has about twenty rescue birds in the space which she and her staff are nurturing while they turn out gorgeous bouquets. Much of the profits go to feeding this flock.
As usual, great story Ann – and such a nice focus on a delightful business – with a twist – right here in Connecticut.
Centerbrook is lovely and this shop would make a great fall day trip – with the bonus of lovely fall scenery.
